Gluten Free Chocolate Brownies

When you make these delicious squidgy chocolate brownies nobody will guess that they are gluten free. I am not someone who has a gluten free issue but I prefer these to normal brownies as I find them just that little bit richer!

Ingredients

100g Butter
150g Dark Chocolate
100g Gluten Free Flour
200g Sugar
3 Eggs
1 tsp (teaspoon) Baking Powder

Before anything pre-heat the oven to 180 degrees (Fan 160 degrees)
1) Gently melt together the butter and chocolate
2) In a separate bowl mix together the flour, baking powder and sugar
3) Beat in the eggs followed by the melted butter and chocolate mixture
4) Pour in to a 150 x 200mm (6" x 8" oiled and lined baking dish
5) Bake in a pre heated oven for 25 minutes
6) Cut in to slices before serving

Hope you enjoy (send me your pictures of the brownies you made)

Welcome to the world of the IPhone

Hi Lovelies,

So as you can guess I have joined the world of the IPhones.
I have never had an Iphone before and decided today was the day for the change.

I also wanted a better camera for Instagram! (Whoops)

I went for the IPhone 4s in white as I find the black a bit boring and to much like my old android phone (a sony xperia)

I actually like the white phone and decided to get a number of cases to protect it also as I am like many others who seems to drop her phone too many times.

I love everything about the iphone and wish I had purchased it sooner

I actually got my phone on contract and I got a pretty good deal.
Unlimited texts, 500 minutes of calls and 1G of Internet for £23 a month..

I mainly use it to send texts as I was brought up in that generation and also to use instagram and twitter.

So girlies what phones do you all have?

Love

Current Loves #1

Every few posts I thought I would do a little post, on my current loves for you.
This will be a short post of only 2-3 items from Make Up and Beauty products to food and films.

Oh my god these are one of my true loves. I adore Pop Tarts. The Frosted Strawberry flavour is my favourite out of all of them. These are amazing warm or cold. I tend to have them for a breakfast treat but I find them quite expensive in England so these are a very big treat when I can afford them.

This is the Elemis Pro-Collagen Cleansing Balm from Elemis. I had never used a cleansing balm before so was very unsure when I purchased it as it isn't cheap, but I had no need to worry as this turned out to be yet another amazing elemis product, my skin feels hydrated and the fragrance is devine. This product is deep cleansing and suitable for my sensitive skin. The balm does leave the skin feeling a little more greasy though for the first few days but you skin will settle in time.

I hope you liked this little post please let me know your current loves :)

Motivational Monday #5

Hello Lovelies

I have found this quote to be a little bit perfect for me. I used to have quite a few friends when I was at School and we have all gone our separte ways but have always been around in some aspect. But recently I have had a lot of old friends talking about me behind my back. Which I think is a little pathetic! But I don't think they realised I have found out because to my face they are nice as pie.
I think when it comes to me and my friends I know who the true ones are! I find also that people at work talk about me behind my back which upsets me but I know to ignore it as they are work collegues and not friends.
Anyway back to the slog of work!

Tag - 5 Products I Could Never Live Without

I have seen this tag on a couple of peoples blogs and thought I would give it a little go.

So here is my 5 products I could never live without

1) Maybelline The Rocket Volume Express Mascara

Even when I'm having a bad day I always need to be wearing a little bit of mascara, it just makes me feel happier with myself and just a little bit prettier. When I started using this people actually noticed my eye lashes. The wand is great and makes easy application on my lashes.

2) Burts Bees Lip Balm

I have real trouble with my lips and they tend to crack and split so often and they are usually quite dry. This lip balm is a nice little extra in my make up bag and I love the tingling feeling it leaves on my lips and the mint smells really nice.

3) Moroccan Oil Hair Treatment

No matter what kind of hair you were born with, this will leave your hair silkier and more desirable then ever with much less drama. This also smells amazing

4) Benefit Brow Kit
Never underestimate the power of good eyebrows. Tidy and shapely brows can transform your face, and its cheaper than a face lift. Benefit makes this essential beauty fix even easier with this sleek and compact kit.

5) Bioderma Crealine

The beauty vlogger sphere was so adamant that this product was amazing I just had to give it a go. My skin is very dry and sensitive and most make up removers irritate my eyes and skin. This one leaves me with no problems and makes my skin feel a little softer.

Let me know in the comments what your top 5 products would be.

Love Laura
